Guys, I've got some news to share! You know the in Focus by Marksmen Daily magazine, right? Ask, listen and serve with a smile.īy the way which point did you relate with best? This will create a community around your shop (profile). Do the same with your content - address any concerns and make improvements.Įncourage your customers to interact with each other, share their thoughts on your donuts and even suggest new flavors. If a customer doesn't like a donut, apologize, understand their issue, and offer a solution. Similarly, tailor your posts to the preferences of your audience. If you notice a customer loves chocolate donuts (a particular type of content), make sure you have them ready when they visit.
